It’s Christmas Time

If you look out of the window;

You see no snow or even ice,

But people shouting „Yo-Ho-Ho!“

And they prepare for the time which rise‘.

 

Now it’s nearly december,

But there is no new post in sight.

We sit in our rooms and look at the ember;

And wait until the first candle shines bright!

 

So I challenge you, my old teacher!

To write 4 posts, every advent one.

With the theme „Christmas“ as feature,

I will do the same and hope it will be well done!

 

Maybe Malinalda will now write a line

every sunday till the twenty-fourth.

As present she can soothes the time,

Till the big old man comes from north…!
